(1)    Urge the Burmese Military to STOP fighting Kachin and withdraw troops from the ethnic Areas.
(2)    Urge the Burmese military to END its ATTACKS AND KILLING civillians which is against Human Rights
(3)    Ask the Chinese Government, International Community and the United Nation to accet refugees and rovide humanitarian assistance and support to the affected civillians
(4)    Call the International Community to condemn the offensive Burma’s Army and Atrocities against Kachin People
(5)    Call the International Community, Particularly the UN and the EU, to hold urgent talks with China and India to ensure a just solution to the current crisis.
